To ensure a top taste, Nicolaus Vodka only uses the highest quality ingredients. First and foremost, it’s necessary to prepare an extra-fine and multi-distilled alcohol, which is based on ripe corn from sunny Slovak fields. The alcohol is then mixed with crystal-clear glacial water from below Háj-Nicovô in the Tatras foothills.
Nicolaus Vodka’s finest taste and aroma is ensured by filtering the alcohol with a unique method. Every drop of Nicolaus Vodka passes through 24 special active silver cascade filters. Hence the “silver filtered” designation on our product label. The last step before bottling is a 5-fold aeration process and resting, which gives Nicolaus Vodka an even finer taste.
The iconic-design bottle protects the vodka’s extra fine taste and aroma. And since we want everyone to enjoy Nicolaus Vodka just as they like it, various bottles sizes are available. 0.5 l and 0.7 l are the most popular, followed by our largest 1 l bottle, and our handy drink-and-go 0.2 l and 0.04 l bottles.
